Grown at high density on Buzançais limestone-clay terroir.

Age of vines: between 20 and 40 years old

Winemaking

After gentle pressing, the juice is settled for 24 hours, then undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16° and 18°C. The wine is then aged for several months on fine lees.

Tasting

Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this fresh, fruity wine develops citrus and floral aromas. Notes of pepper and menthol punctuate the round, full-bodied palate with good length.
