Winemaking
After gentle pressing, the juice is settled for 24 hours, then undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16° and 18°C. The wine is then aged for several months on fine lees.
Tasting
Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this fresh, fruity wine develops citrus and floral aromas. Notes of pepper and menthol punctuate the round, full-bodied palate with good length.
Food pairing
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to fish and some white meats. Its aromatic qualities make it a perfect match for dishes combining sweet and savory flavors. Try it with a fillet of chicken breast with supreme sauce and confit lemons. If your tastes run more to fish, try a fillet of sea bream.
